The Property Project is the far best agency we have been with as renters! The whole team is fantastic, especially Kayla, who is our agent. From day one, I was surprised about the excellent communication and responsiveness. Every matter is dealt within a day or two, in a very professional manner, and we are well informed along the way. They go above and beyond for owners as well as tenants, and I would highly recommend them! They don't have five-star reviews for no reason.

Jess Rogers and the property project are exceptional. Go the extra mile to assist both the owner and tenants. Never more will I be dealing with any other agencies as I cannot fault both Jess's effort to go above and beyond, and the Property Project for their clear communication. Best Agency in Perth hands down.

I was a tenant with the Property Project and dealt specifically with Kayla. She was an amazing property manager and so cooperative and assisted me so much. I would 100% recommend the entire team here and want to thank them again for such an enjoyable relationship with a property manager!

Flawless. LOVE them.The only thing that was sad was they didn't have another rental for us to move to. But they did try to find one!I actually miss them and we are so grateful for everything they did for us. We really felt looked after and cared for. Such a personal service as well. I felt our interests were really looked after. What a team! ❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you lovelies ??

We were tenants with the Property Project and absolutely loved them! Lee and Jess were really lovely to deal with and considerate of our needs. Next chance we get, we will be renting from them again or one day using them to manage our future investment properties. There's a reason all of these reviews are five stars... Easily the best agents we've ever dealt with. Congrats on running such a great business guys!
