She has worked in customer service for almost 10 years, dealing with different kind of customers and providing resolutions to their queries and issues.

With this broad knowledge and experience in customer service, Mel has transitioned her career to property management. For more than 4 years, Mel has worked alongside property managers in providing the best tenant/owner experience possible. She takes on most of the admin tasks so property managers can focus on the more important aspects of the business - building strong relationship with the owners and tenants. 

Mel is detailed-oriented, highly organized and extremely focused. Her warmth and proactiveness to help keep property managers at peace knowing that the admin side of things are well-taken cared of.

Mel has knack for words too. She's been working as a freelance writer for quite sometime and has provided great content for several websites. She also runs a blog where she shares all of her breastfeeding, babywearing and cloth-diapering experiences.

Amongst these skills and accomplishments, Mel takes a biggest pride in raising a loving and sweet daughter. Her passion to be the best version of herself is driven by her lovely daughter and supportive husband.
