A great addition to The Property Project family is not just a loving mother but a great team member too.

Gretch's experience as an office assistant in a construction firm with tasks ranging from managing communications, billings and quotations as well as submissions of project bids lead her way to a larger scale. 

She became a web and telephone researcher for US and Canada construction projects put out to bid, with which she ranked as one of the top personnel and eventually became a shift manager. Unfortunately, she had to quit as she had to move to another place.

A new girl in town and equipped with more than a decade of experience related to the building construction industry paved her way to the Real Estate/Property Management industry. Her journey started from sending out routine inspection notices to drawing out leases and to being involved in making property manager's lives easy, smooth and focused on more important matters. It may sound easy but without her organisational skills, keen eye to detail, passion and eagerness to learn this will not be possible.

She is also a self taught graphic designer and photo editor learning some basic skills through online research. If time allows, she is planning to enroll in a proper class and develop this passion of hers. 

Gretch puts her best wherever she is, accompanied with her inspiration - her two boys and her husband. Being able to manage work and her family is her greatest achievement.
