Carl started The Property Project in July 2017 with his wife and co-director Lee. He brings with him a refined level of negotiation skills sharpened and honed as a high-ranking Detective.

This foundation ensured he was anything but an overnight success, with an incredible work ethic and stamina in the pursuit of putting deals together. His energy is contagious and motivating.

Negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills accompanied by an acute understanding of different cultures have all become part of Carl’s DNA.

Real Estate is all about community, and away from the daily transactions, Carl is heavily involved in a volunteer program charged with providing assistance and food to the disadvantaged, displaced and homeless members of our community. In a financially challenging environment, it’s more important than ever to help those who need it most.

Having been part of a multi award winning team for a number of years selling in Churchlands and the Western Suburbs it was time to take those lessons learnt and apply them to The Property Project a community minded boutique agency with an objective of providing outstanding service.
